2. Выбрать заказ с выполненной операцией с видеозаписью
3. Выбрать операцию с видеозаписью
4. Выбрать работника
5. Нажать иконку видео в правом верхнем углу
6. Нажать на видео
7. Баг появляется

Actual result:
видео начинается с одной минуты

Expected result:
видео начинается с 00:00
