Steps to reproduce:
1. Нажать Orders
2. Выбрать заказ с выполненной операцией с видеозаписью
3. Выбрать операцию с видеозаписью
4. Выбрать работника
5. Нажать иконку видео в правом верхнем углу
6. Нажать на видео
7. Перемотать видео вперёд
8. Баг появляется
Actual result:
видео укорачивается до 2-х минут после перемотки
Expected result:
видео перематывается на выбранный тайм-код
