[2h]fix bug: no possibility to disconnect the database

Preconditions: Пользователь авторизован
Лицензионный ключ применен

Steps to reproduce:
1. Нажать вкладку "Configuration"
2. Выбрать таб "Database"
3. Нажать кнопку "Connect to Database"
4. Ввести все данные о базе данных
- Host: 192.168.1.110
- Database name: test
- User: sa
- Password: just4Taqtile
5. Нажать "Connect"
6. Нажать кнопку "Disconnect"
7. В появившемся окне подтвердить действие, нажав кнопку "Disconnect"
8. Нажать кнопку "Cancel"
9. Обновить страницу

Expected result:
Database is not connected

Actual result:
Database is connected

Look at the frontend code for the database connection UI, likely in a component handling the Configuration/Database tab. The disconnect button click handler and the subsequent API call or state update need to be examined. Check if the connection state is properly cleared on disconnect and persists after a page refresh. The video attachment shows the UI flow.
