[1h] Different users on the employee viewing screen by operation and in the employee card

Разные пользователи на экране просмотра работников по операции и в карточке работника.

Precondition:
войти в учётную запись администратора

Steps to reproduce:
1. Нажать Orders
2. Выбрать заказ 198
3. Перейти на вкладку Blank
4. Выбрать любую операцию, в которой есть список работников
5. Нажать на просмотр времени выполнения операции по какому-либо работнику, кроме админа
6. Баг появляется

Actual result:
на экране времени выполнения пользователь отличается от указанного в карточке операции
Expected result:
пользователь остаётся прежним на всех экранах
