Look at the order models in the backend to understand the current fields for order creation and completion. Identify where estimated and actual completion times should be stored. Check existing API endpoints for orders to see how to add new fields for time tracking. Review any related serializers and views in the Django REST Framework setup. Determine how the comparison between estimated and actual times should be calculated and exposed in the API.
