Create eel package that doesn't bundle hadoop dependencies

Users of EEL will find it useful to have eel distributed without the hadoop dependencies (hive/parquet/orc etc) as these are provided by the hadoop distribution. Whilst they are needed at compile and test, a 'thin' artifact can be provided.

Look at the project's build configuration (likely sbt or Maven) to understand how dependencies are bundled. Identify the Hadoop-related dependencies (hive, parquet, orc) and see how they are currently included. The goal is to create a separate 'thin' artifact that excludes these dependencies, while ensuring the core EEL functionality still compiles and tests pass. Check existing build tasks or modules for patterns on creating multiple artifacts.
