Enable window column pruning optimization in openmldb-batch

Now we need to add new config for openmldb-batch and set for window column purning optimization.

Look for openmldb-batch configuration files and window column pruning optimization code. Understand how optimizations are configured and applied. Check existing tests for window operations to see the expected behavior after enabling the optimization.
