support data type conversion for like predicate

Review issue #841 for context on LIKE/ILIKE predicate work. Look at the SQL parser and expression evaluation code, likely in src/parser or src/expr directories. Identify where type conversion for operands occurs and extend it to handle string conversion for match and pattern expressions. Test with SQL queries using LIKE/ILIKE on non-string types.
