Improve CLI success info

This issue is going to improve CLI output when SQL operate successfully.
For instance, when we query a create table statement in CLI successfully,
```sql
> CREATE TABLE abc (a INT);
```
The CLI will output text like:
```bash
SUCCEED: Create successfully
```

We expect a standard output like:
```
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.09 sec)
```
which is far more familiar with SQL users.

Look for CLI output code, likely in a client or terminal interface module. Find where 'SUCCEED: Create successfully' is generated. Understand the SQL command execution flow to format a success message with rows affected and timing. Test changes by running CREATE TABLE statements in the CLI and verifying the new output matches the MySQL-style format.
