RequestMode(deploy) non-support op require readable message

`Where` and `Group By `operation aren't supported on Request mode.
However, the message is unreadable.
We have to improve it and make the error understable.

Find where RequestMode(deploy) errors are generated, likely in query validation or execution code. Look for error messages related to unsupported operations like 'Where' and 'Group By'. Improve the error message to be human-readable. Test by triggering the error in a deployment scenario.
