Fail to connect with open-mysql-db in jupyter notebook

**Bug Description**

Fail to use sqlalchemy api to connect with mysql driver in jupyter notebook.

The code just works in python environment but not in notebook.

The issue shows a connection failure in a Jupyter notebook while the same SQLAlchemy code works in a plain Python environment. Start by reproducing the error in a notebook, checking the OpenMLDB SQLAlchemy driver's notebook compatibility. Look at the driver's connection logic and any environment-specific imports or configurations. Verify the fix by running the notebook cell again.
