Fail to run sysbench for OpenM(ysq)LDB

**Bug Description**

Here is the error from sysbench.

And we get the log from OpenM(ysq)LDB.

**Expected Behavior**

If we can run sysbench normally, we may get the result like this.

The issue shows sysbench failing against OpenMLDB. Start by examining the error logs in the screenshots to understand the failure mode. Look for sysbench configuration and OpenMLDB's MySQL compatibility layer. Determine what specific sysbench operation is failing and why the database is rejecting it.
