remove boost and in favor of c++ std/abseil

current boost version won't compile on macOS 13, or higher gcc version. Most usage to boost can easily replaced from `std` or `absl`, its generally preferred to rm it.

Or if there is the case a lower gcc required, like centos 6 ?, use C macros to wrapper those functionality ? Anyway if centos 6 is able to compile gcc 8, macros are not necessary

Identify all Boost dependencies in the codebase, likely in build configuration files and source includes. Replace Boost functionality with equivalent C++ standard library or Abseil implementations, ensuring compatibility with older compilers via conditional macros if needed. Test compilation across different platforms, especially macOS 13 and higher GCC versions, to verify the removal does not break the build.
