Support show/stop nameserver job by job id

the job id of nameserver and taskmanager are assigned independently. so nameserver and taskmanager may have the same job id.

Look for nameserver and taskmanager job ID assignment logic in the codebase. Identify where show/stop commands are handled and modify them to accept job IDs. Test changes to ensure nameserver and taskmanager jobs with same IDs are distinguished correctly.
