add doc about docker with wsl2 and sbin ip

## sbin ip
0.7.x的部署方式为sbin(init.sh或显式使用sbin/deploy-all.sh&start-all.sh)，部署配置使用一个文件`conf/hosts`，配置所有的组件的endpoint和目录
修改为公网IP，即`conf/hosts`中的`localhost:`修改为`:`。
但注意，目前部署脚本如果endpoint非localhost会使用ssh登录目标机器部署，onebox部署的临时解决方式是

sed -i '93i host="localhost"' openmldb/sbin/init.sh
```
强行让部署时使用本地模式，不使用ssh远程。`conf/hosts`中的endpoint保持公网ip。重新/work/init.sh即可。
