**Bug Description**
Openmldb batch encountered an error during MVN install,but there is no error in MVN package.
**Expected Behavior**
Can perform the install operation
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. make configure CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=openmldb-linux
2. make SQL_JAVASDK_ENABLE=ON && make SQL_JAVASDK_ENABLE=ON install
3. cd java
4. mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true -Dgpg.skip
