DUST particle doesn't work

So the particle "DUST" doesn't work, i assume it's becuse bukkit want's options for it and you aren't giving any

Look for the DUST particle configuration in the plugin's particle handling code, likely in a class managing jump pad effects. Check the Bukkit/Paper API for required particle options. Test by spawning a jump pad with the DUST particle to see the error and compare with working particles.
