Add "Disable Redirect Behavior" config option

It would be a good feature to disable falling back on kick/disconnects (or define servers where the proxy is prevented from redirecting the player after a kick), since this feature is not in Velocity natively. This feature would allow servers to have a queue without the redirect loop where Velocity constantly redirects the player back to the queue server upon disconnect.

Look for configuration handling and redirect logic in the plugin's source code, likely in a main plugin class or a config manager. Identify where kick/disconnect fallback behavior is implemented to add a toggle. Test by setting up a Velocity proxy with the modified plugin to verify the redirect loop is prevented when the option is enabled.
