Add button support

Webhooks created by applications (bots) support button components; it may be worth adding a check for this.

The issue requires implementing Discord's Action Row and Button components for webhooks. Start by reviewing the Discord developer documentation links provided to understand the component structure. Examine the existing library code to see how webhook messages are currently constructed and sent. The work involves adding new classes or methods to support button components, and potentially adding a check for bot-created webhooks. 'Done' looks like being able to send a webhook message containing interactive buttons as shown in the attached image.
