[Feature Request] CAPSlock detection should ignore online player names

If someone has minecraft name with capslock, than the name is detected, and it shouldnt be.

Look for the CAPSlock detection logic in the codebase, likely in a class handling chat message validation. Identify where player names are extracted from messages and modify the detection to exclude or ignore the player name portion. Test by running the plugin on a Velocity server and sending messages with a player name in all caps.
