Unify chart interval selection sliders

FeatureAnalyzer and GEMSe both use charts with interval sliders. We should consider a common implementation

Find the FeatureAnalyzer and GEMSe modules in the codebase, locate their chart interval slider implementations. Examine the UI and data handling code to understand the current duplication. Design a common component that can be reused, likely in a shared widget or utility directory. Verify the refactor by testing both modules' chart functionality.
