[Bug]: 代理服务器可能有问题

win10 22 h2 / 7.24.9

### 预期情况

开启“自动配置系统代理”之后，应当能正常上网

### 实际情况

### 复现方法

打开软件后，任务栏图标右键菜单开启“自动配置系统代理”，除此之外没有任何其他操作

监听端口原先是默认的 1080，问题存在；后来改为随机的高位端口，问题仍旧存在。已经确认系统设置中的代理与软件中的端口一致

手动构造curl命令，同样返回 `curl: (7) Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 26470 after 2043 ms: Could not connect to server`

### 内核日志

通过内核日志可看到：我在反复尝试开启、关闭代理，在这期间没有出现任何连接记录（与节点无关，它检测是 -1，实际是正常的）

我目前怀疑，代理服务器实际上并未开启。

The issue is about the proxy server not starting when 'Auto-configure system proxy' is enabled. Check the code that starts the proxy server, likely in the system proxy configuration or service startup logic. Review the attached logs (2026-09-13.txt) for errors. Verify the listening socket creation and port binding in the networking components. A first step is to run the software in debug mode and see if the proxy process launches.
