Update Read_Me with further instructions

Update the existing Read_me with further instructions for installation and usage of the Network_Analysis - also adding images and examples would be great.

The README file is in the repository root. Review the current installation and usage instructions, then add clearer steps, screenshots of the scripts in action, and example outputs. Check if there are any existing examples or images in the project to follow. Run the scripts locally to verify the new instructions work.
