Create Gui for easy use

Create gui (based on tkinter?) to get easy access to all of the important parameters.

First steps should include:

- Set interval for ping test
- Set ping target
- Define own path (with explorer) for storing the results
- Start the network test with defined parameters.

the network_test_class.py offers a class which can be configured by using the new gui.

The GUI should interface with network_test_class.py. Start by examining that class to understand its configurable parameters. Use tkinter to build a window with inputs for interval, ping target, and a file dialog for results path. The GUI must call the class methods to start the test. Look for existing examples of tkinter usage in the repository.
