Allow item names to be non-italic

When renaming items, they are italic by default the same way they are in minecraft. However, I'd expect them to no have their name in italics when using the `` tag, like specified in the PlaceholderAPI docs. This however does not work. I haven't found any way of formatting the text, so that the item name is in normal letters. A change to make and work, or have item names be normal by default, and allow the user to use `` or `` on demand would be appreciated.

Look for code handling item renaming and text formatting, especially around the and tags. Check the PlaceholderAPI integration to understand expected behavior. Test changes by renaming an item in-game to verify the name appears non-italic when using the reset tag.
