R17: App shall provide a journal

R17.1: Journal should keep track of where and when did you made a transaction. It keeps track and students can also decide how they want to use their balance.
R17.2: Users should enter the amount and the receiver's name to whom he is sending money to use this feature.
17.3: This requirement is of high priority.
