No try/catch for parsing an int. CustomerView.cs

In Customer View line 176-190 there is a try catch block that should be added similarly to line 277-289 in order to increase the amount of exception handling. Can just follow the same pattern given the Console.ReadLine, and parsing the int in the try block.
