subpixel regression

Hi,
I was going through the paper "Subpixel Heatmap Regression for Facial Landmark Localization" and it was mentioned the code is available in this repo. I did not find any reference to it in the release notes.
Could you please confirm it or share the code?
I was also wondering if the 2 stack hourglass model has also been released or not.
