finalize UI part selection

SWITCHES / KNOBS: I strongly recommend that we use standard DTS-6 6mm tactile push buttons. Have we made a decision as to whether or not we want to use a knob? It seems like the general consensus is leaning towards + and - buttons instead. I can definitely go along with that, since it will obviously be more sealable. How many buttons should I incorporate into the design at this point? So far I'm thinking 3: Power / modes and + and - buttons
