Determine need for papr-hood leds

HOOD LEDS: did we ever reach a consensus for having the LEDs in the mask? Buzzer too? If we decide to go this route, we'll have to make a plug for a wire harness to travel up to the hood and a separate daughter board.

@axiverse: I think hood led can be saved for later. Just buttons is okay. I’ll get back to you on UI tomorrow. Wake power button is okay.
