Add a to-do app to this repo

Anyone willing to help and add a to-do app to this repo.
it can be based on react.js (recommended) or any other
must have some key points-
1. good styling using CSS
2. an option to edit the to-do list after being assigned once
3. multicolor tabs for each task
4. any more useful styling if required
