Add in-wallet update notification when new version available

Summary
Add a wallet update notification card that appears when the wallet detects a new version, so users know an update is available without having to discover it manually.

Description
Add an in-wallet update notification similar to the MetaMask example.
When the wallet is opened and a new wallet version is available, show a popup card informing the user that an update is ready.
The popup should:
- Clearly state that a new wallet update is available.
- Provide a short summary such as fixes or improvements.
- Tell the user what action is required to apply the update.
- Only appear for a newly detected version.
- Work consistently across supported wallet platforms where applicable.

Goal
Make wallet updates visible to users and reduce the chance that users continue running an outdated version without realizing a newer version is available.
