説明
Currently the only way to get balances is through the `requestAssets` on the adapter
For public accounts from the `useWallet` hook on adapter we should expose a balance state for public accounts which is reactive to the current users balance.
Currently the teams are forced to do `importAccountById` to get reactive balances,
Needs work in adapter also
