Android can remain stuck on “Your wallet is ready” after reinstall

## Problem

After reinstalling the wallet, the app became stuck on the **Your wallet is ready** screen. Several restarts were required before the wallet opened normally.

## Expected

The completion screen should transition deterministically into the restored wallet. If initialization is still running or fails, show progress and an actionable error rather than a permanently completed-looking screen.

## Related

#136 fixed a similar screen trap during encrypted-file recovery. This report is a current Android reinstall/recovery path and may be a regression or a different initialization route.
