説明
Two wallet adapter issues reported during Miden Day:
1. `requestConsumableNotes()` triggers wallet UI popups when called in `useEffect`. Template should document or the adapter should handle this gracefully.
2. Wallet adapter doesn't detect account switching in the extension. If the user switches accounts, the app doesn't update.
