Use the same predeployed faucet for all tutorials

We should consider using the same faucet in all the tutorials. There should be a script that deploys the faucet, and updates the address of the faucet throughout the tutorials docs.

Look for existing faucet deployment scripts and tutorial documentation files. Identify where faucet addresses are hardcoded across tutorials. Create a script that deploys a faucet and updates all references. Test by verifying tutorials still work with the updated address.
