Re-enable running delegated proving tutorial

After merging #123 , running the delegated proving tutorial as part of our cargo tests was disabled as the TX prover is/was experiencing issues. Once those issues are resolved, the tutorial should be run as part of our tests again.

Find where the delegated proving tutorial test was disabled, likely in a Cargo.toml or test configuration file. Check the linked pull request #123 for context on the TX prover issues. Re-enable the test and verify it passes with the current codebase.
