Descrizione
After https://github.com/0xMiden/miden-base/pull/1438, the user of the transaction executor needs to provide MAST forests for the following instances:
- Transaction kernel
- Miden standard library
- Miden protocol library
- Account codes involved in the transaction
The first 3 are included when instantiating a `TransactionMastStore`, which we currently use as the base MAST store on our data store implementation. For the account codes, we need to insert them before actually executing any transaction.
We currently have a sqlite table called `account_codes` that stores codes for any native account, plus any foreign account that was requested as part of a transaction. We could destructure the table and store MAST forests in such a way that our `DataStore` implementation could retrieve required forests from there directly instead of relying on an in-memory `TransactionMastStore` (with an additional in-memory cache).
