CLI: allow to create a new account with non-falcon auth component

説明
Currently `create_client_account` hardcodes the auth component to be used for both new wallets and new accounts.
We should refactor this so that:
1. `new-wallet` command stays as-is
2. `new-account` inspects the packages passed in with `-p` flag, and if an auth component is present, overrides the default falcon auth component with it.
