We should be more proactive in detecting query plans that involve large table scans. One approach for doing so is implementing what we have in [the node repo](https://github.com/0xMiden/miden-node/blob/8b0980c2144d01974488dfad897aabb15073a34e/crates/store/src/db/query_plan/mod.rs#L43).
