Description
The following inline `TODO` comments exist in the codebase:
* `burn/allow_all.masm:11`
* `burn/min_burn_amount.masm:42`
* `burn/owner_controlled/owner_only.masm:24`
* `mint/allow_all.masm:11`
* `mint/owner_controlled/owner_only.masm:24`
* `inspection/storage_schema.masm:13`
* `account/interface/component.rs:104`
* `note/swap.rs:44`
An inline `TODO` only surfaces to whoever happens to read that specific file, and has no owner, priority, or deadline attached to it, so it can persist indefinitely without anyone noticing.
Consider tracking each of these as an entry in an issue tracker instead of, or in addition to, the inline comment, so that outstanding work is visible and assignable independently of who happens to open the file.
