After adding delayed execution logic specified in this issue: https://github.com/0xMiden/protocol/issues/3043, the next step is to integrate a guardian co-signer directly into `AuthMultisigSmart`.
The main reason is that Guardian is responsible for sharing the `TX_SUMMARY` proposals to co-signers to coordinate the delayed execution logic.
