説明
As discussed in https://github.com/0xMiden/protocol/issues/2862 (and more specifically in https://github.com/0xMiden/protocol/issues/2862#issuecomment-4469761648), we should refactor all standard account components to use the `call` calling convention for any public account procedure.
Eventually, the `call` calling convention will be automatically enforced by the virtue of `@account_procedure` attribute.
This should be implemented after https://github.com/0xMiden/protocol/issues/3013.
