[Issue #2748](https://github.com/0xMiden/protocol/issues/2748) exposed a bug in `MINT` note consumption: the faucet ID was incorrectly zeroed. Existing tests did not catch it because `MockChain` does not assert the `NetworkAccountTarget` attachment (faucet ID) when consuming the network note.
We should add that validation so bugs like this are caught in tests.
