New type signature syntax: tracking issue

We should update the assembly code according to the new changes made to the syntax, described in the [corresponding PR](https://github.com/0xMiden/miden-vm/pull/2120). In particular, the type signature syntax should be implemented for each module of the `miden-lib/asm`, namely:
- [x] Account components
- [ ] Kernels
- [ ] Miden lib
- [ ] Note scripts
- [ ] Shared modules and utils
