README badges and package metadata use the old miden-para repository path

Several metadata links still use the old `0xMiden/miden-para` path:

- README license/test/build badges
- root `package.json` `repository.url` and `bugs.url`
- `packages/use-miden-para-react/package.json` `repository.url` and `bugs.url`
- `packages/create-miden-para-react/package.json` `repository.url` and `bugs.url`

That path redirects today, but the active repository is `0xMiden/para-sdk`. Updating these links keeps README badges and npm package metadata canonical.
