README badges and Cargo repository metadata still point to template/old repo paths

The repository has a few stale metadata references:

- `README.md` still has the template reminder comment `TODO(template) update badges`.
- The license and test badges in `README.md` point at `0xMiden/project-template` instead of this repository.
- The Rust version badge says `rustc-1.89+`, while the workspace `Cargo.toml` sets `rust-version = "1.96.1"`.
- The workspace `repository` field points at `https://github.com/0xMiden/miden-note-transport`, while this repository is now `https://github.com/0xMiden/note-transport-service`.

These are small metadata/docs issues, but they can send users to the wrong repository or show the wrong minimum Rust version from the README/package metadata.
