Benchmark and improve performance of `SyncTransaction` query

In https://github.com/0xMiden/miden-node/pull/1224 the `SyncTransaction` endpoint was implemented, which calls the store and performs a paginated query to the DB. This query orders by block number and transaction ID, and the latter might not be optimal. We should measure and consider using the row ID instead, or some other improvement.
