suggestion: run `midenup`'s CI when a new crate gets a releas

Stemming from https://github.com/0xMiden/midenup/issues/137, it would be nice to have a mechanism in place to catch these version errors before hand.

I believe the following CI changes could aid with this:

1. Add CI job is configured to run every day
2. Clone midenup's repo
3. Check if any of the components currently present in the manifest have gotten updates (be it major or minor)
4. If so, run the integration tests.
5. (Optionally) create a draft PR updating the manifest with the crates which have gotten updates.

I believe this would aid in catching update-related errors, whilst minimizing CI usage (since the integration tests would only be run if a new version was released).
