Mô tả
We should investigate adding key-recovery mode to our implementation of Falcon DSA. This will change the signing procedure a bit (e.g., we need to output `(s1, s2)` pair of signature polynomials and check that one of them is invertible) but will reduce the size of the signature by 15%.
